Return & Refund Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 30 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email ([email protected]) at first.

Conditions for Return and Exchange

  • Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  • Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
  • Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
  • Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.

1、 Refund policy
Our refund policy aims to ensure that customers can receive corresponding refunds under specific conditions after purchasing our products or services. The following are the conditions for a refund:
Product issue: If the received product has quality issues, does not match the description, is damaged, or contains unknown error information at the time of purchase, customers can apply for a refund.
Service issue: If our services fail to meet the promised standards or descriptions, resulting in customers not receiving the expected value or experience, customers can apply for a refund.
Time limit: Unless there are special exceptions, customers are required to submit a refund request within a reasonable time (7-14 days) after purchase.
Evidence provision: In order to process a refund request, customers may need to provide relevant evidence such as product photos, order numbers, transaction records, and screenshots of incorrect information.

2、 Return Policy
Our return policy specifies the specific conditions under which customers can return goods and receive refunds:
Return deadline: Customers need to submit a return request within a specific number of days after purchase.
Product status: The returned product must remain in its original condition, unused or damaged, and include all original packaging and accessories.
Return cost: Unless otherwise specified, the shipping cost for returns is usually borne by the customer.
Exception: Some products, such as customized items, consumables, or opened items, may not be eligible for a return policy.

Refunds

We will send you an email to let you know that we have received and examined your return once it has been received. We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.

In two to three business days, if you are accepted, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.

Costs

  • Your return charge will be subtracted from your refund for returns made internationally. Refunds will only be handled if the items you utilize for a return arrive in our warehouse. If they don't, you'll need to file a dispute with the carrier. For orders that exceed the customs threshold, you can be required to pay a custom duty charge and be subject to importation.

Order Cancellations

  • We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
  • Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.

General Return Process

  • Initiate a return: Please email us at [email protected] with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
  • Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you send your return/exchange in a shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, because we will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
  • Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • On sale items are non-refundable.
  • Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.

Exchanges

Orders cannot currently be swapped online. To receive a refund for the original product, you must return it and buy the replacement item separately.
